The brief and the finished object
For a Dior show at the Orangerie of the Château de Versailles, JC Keller produced a monumental inflatable floor designed around the route and movement of the silhouettes.
From modules to the runway
The project involved studying the route, developing the inflatable floor and fabricating its modules before installation and adjustment. The surface and inflation rhythm were considered together as part of the visual sequence of the show at the Orangerie of Versailles.
