Plan the balloon and its operating site
A helium balloon brief must include size, graphics, event dates and location. The envelope weight, required lift, tethering, anchoring and available gas supply are assessed together. Weather and the site’s operating requirements affect the proposal. Include the site and location, the surrounding airspace and any permissions required by the venue. Which local requirements apply must be checked for the specific site and project before operation.
Branding and logistics
Send the logo or artwork and describe the viewing distance. Confirm who will handle transport, inflation, supervision and dismantling. Lighting requests need a separate technical assessment; they are not a standard helium configuration.
