JC Keller manufactures custom flexible clear PVC panels, sidewalls and covers for structures you supply or already own. We reproduce and replace panels to your dimensions and fixing requirements. We do not manufacture or sell complete tents, marquees or their supporting structures.

Replace a worn panel, add a different size or renew a series. The workshop fabricates transparent elements around your equipment’s format and fixing details. Each panel is made from your sample or dimensioned drawing, with the required edge finishes and attachment details.

Clear sidewalls, gable panels and roof covers can be fabricated for an existing event structure. We assess the flexible PVC elements from your drawings, fixing system and intended use before agreeing the specification.

Provide width, height, shape, openings and fixing details. Clearances, fixing centres and useful dimensions are agreed before manufacture.
Single panel or series
Single replacements and small series are assessed by the workshop. Specify quantities, the number of different models and the required date for a quotation.

Panels and sidewalls
Rectangular clear panels and transparent walls are made to the dimensions and perimeter details of your existing structure.
Curtains and windows
Clear curtains, full-clear panels or transparent windows integrated into PVC assemblies require the openings and joining details to be specified.
Gables and special shapes
Triangular gable panels and other shapes are developed from a dimensioned drawing showing the geometry and fixing positions.
Fabrication details
Specify the connection.
Fixings matter as much as panel dimensions. Compatibility is checked against the sample, drawing, tracks and assembly clearances. No universal compatibility with all tent brands is assumed.
- PVC bands and reinforcement
- Perimeter bands and local reinforcement are defined for assembly and attachment.
- Eyelets and straps
- Specify positions, centres and lengths on the drawing or provide the existing panel.
- Hook-and-loop fasteners and zips
- Connections and openings are made around panel layout and assembly direction.
- Keder edges
- The keder profile must match the receiving track, its dimensions and the existing fixing system.

Planning your panels.
Do you supply complete tents or marquees?
No. JC Keller manufactures only the custom flexible clear PVC elements. You supply or already own the supporting structure. The structures shown in the photographs are not offered for sale by JC Keller.
Can you reproduce an existing clear panel?
Send the existing panel or a dimensioned drawing, together with photographs of its edges, openings and fixings. We check the dimensions and any wear or distortion before agreeing the replacement.
Can I order a single replacement panel?
Single replacement panels and small production runs can be assessed. Tell us the quantity, number of different panel shapes and required date so we can prepare a quotation.
Will the panels fit my tent or marquee system?
Compatibility must be checked against your structure, track profile, fixing positions and assembly clearances. We do not assume that one panel or keder profile will fit every system.
Can you make clear roof covers as well as sidewalls?
We assess sidewalls, gable panels and clear PVC covers from your drawings and intended use. Material, panel size, seams, reinforcement and fixings are agreed for the specific application; suitability for one position does not establish suitability for another.
What do you need to quote for custom panels?
Please provide dimensions or drawings, panel photographs, quantity, fixing details, intended use, required date and delivery location. Include an existing sample if available and any material or venue requirements.
